I’m at that age where retirement is near. Unfortunately, I’ll have to sell many of my favorite guns, so I won’t have to eat dog food in my declining years. I have shot every gun that I am selling, and I love them all. At the time of sale, they are all running reliably, and I will list any issues I know about. That said, there is no warranty of any kind.
I will require an Arizona driver’s licence, and I will record your name for my records. All sales will be according to Arizona law.
I will be cross-posting on other forums, and possibly GunBroker as well. All guns will be subject to first come, first served basis.
I am in Tucson, but I am willing to drive a few miles. This is negotiable.

That said, let’s get on with the show!

Now, for something you may not have seen before!

What I have for you today is a polish PPS43C semi-auto in 762X25 Tokarev. I thought is was asinine to try and shoot the gun as a pistol when it was designed to be shot with a shoulder stock. To add insult to injury, the damned shoulder stock was welded in the folded position. Blasphemy !

So I did what any red-blooded (law abiding) gun nut would do: I sent in $200.00 and all the paperwork to the ATF for permission to UN-FUCK this gun. Then I bought a parts kit an reversed the sinful circumcision on my little Polish friend.

If I read the law right, I can sell this to you in a couple of ways. 1, you pay me, fill out your own paperwork, wait 9 months to a year, and I give you the gun. or, 2, better yet, find a friendly class 3 dealer willing to let me transfer it to them, then to you once the ATF is done wasting your time.

if there is another legal method, please illuminate me.

The gun comes with 5 mags and the original box. Good luck!

Addendum: To make this gun easier to sell, I am removing the folding stock, converting it back to pistol configuration. You must not re-install the folding stock unless you complete a form 1 with the ATF.
