I live in San Diego and work in CA and AZ.
This was never a secret. I entered all the information on who and where I was from when I signed up and it was approved. I also put in my CALGUNS info so you could see I have a long and PERFECT record on CalGuns. Even my screen name says were i am from.
And yes I did read the rules and did not see anything that talked about address where i lived being asked.

I see now what it says. I guess I missed that. I had posted AMMO sales earlier last week. Did not realize this page had separate rules. I ready down to "all sales have to be legal" and thus made sure that it was clear that by law sale had to be at an FFL in AZ. And that is how it was to be done. (I have a AZ CCW and know that the rules in AZ allow interstate sales as long as through a AZ FFL.) So if there is no leeway in the rules then I guess the ad is done.

Who does one talk to about changing the Rule on non-AZ posting/selling? Seems to me that there are a lot of good CalGun'ers that would like ot buy and sell from people in AZ and most likely a lot of AZ people that might like to buy and sell from someone in CA. (Remember that whatever you hear is wrong - there is still more then 50% of CA that is not who you think. We are just so spread out around the state what we say is not heard.)

Would like to talk to someone about a rule change to allow - VETTED, CAL GUNNERS with TOP RATINGS - to be allowed on site with ability to buy and sell in all forums. If we have survived the scrutiny of buyers and sellers on the CAL GUN forum here and if we provide our info on CALGUNS that they can check (by PMing us on calgun) then why not?

Some of those items are not likely legal to sell in California to another resident - if the seller is going to be honest. Thus the appearance here.

My position is the site needs to remain exclusively Arizona.

I also posit if the seller requires an FFL for transfer - they're required to post in the Dealer section. Private sales are private sales. If a FFL dealer is required - then it is not a private sale.


That is something that should be brought up with someone with more power than me!! Like the Site Owner!!

Absolutely through a FFL in AZ. That is the law amd that is the intention and thatbisnwhatbwas said in the post.
