Had a good experience buying a G2 off here a little while ago. Thank you! Only problem is my wife hijacked it for herself.

Sportsman's has inventory on and off regularly for $239 and up as well. I'm looking to skip waiting in line for an hour or two and save a few bucks, but if there isn't any used available for a good price, that's the direction I'm going in.

Buddy has a NIB if you want to go the FFL route. In any event just spoke to Sportsmans Mesa and there is none in stock.

Buddy has a NIB if you want to go the FFL route. $299 is below FFL cost... don't know how Sportsman's sells them that low, but in any event just spoke to them and there is none in stock.

Sportsman's must have a sweetheart deal with Taurus? At any rate, patience pays off. I only dropped $200 for the G2C my wife has claimed. $239 + tax is all I'm willing to do on a G3. Plenty of other guns to shoot until it's back in stock.

Keep an eye out at cal ranch here in Goodyear also, I picked up my g3 for $249 and I see them at least a few times a month and they usually get more than 10 from what the employee said..either way you will probably have to wait cause nobody is selling any gun for what they paid for unless you give them extra for the time they spent in line...at the end of the day TIME IS MONEY..good luck

Thanks. I'm confident I'll find the right deal. I had a G3c in my hand at Bass Pro a couple weeks ago for $279. I just prefer the full size. There's no collector value in these guns. The only people that (I think) overpay are the desperate, or those who can't go through an ffl.

Some people are also willing to pay 70c per round plus shipping for steel case 9mm. Not me, though ;)
