Go to any upcoming gun shows. The larger ones often have a few AR builders selling PTP.

Yes, I have to agree with above, normal firearm prices today are higher than retail,... in fact, I see more, and more, being priced at double retail prices. It would be a lucky day to find what I am looking for, at, lower than retail price!
