This is considered parts until you mill the lower then it is a firearm.
These are getting hard to come by!

I have a complete AR build kit for either a pistol or rifle
first upper is in 300 blk out it is a 7.5” upper I believe its bca (New)
second is a 300 blk out it is a 10” upper I believe it is a delta team (New)
third is a 16” in 556 slick side upper I believe its a older psa (Used)


whats included in the kit

1. 80% lower with the Second amendment engraved on mag well. (Raw)
2. A lower build kit either for pistol or rifle.
3. A complete upper of your choice.
4. A jig to mill out the lower with all bits included.
