This is the cheapest I've ever seen a 9mm.
The only thing I've seen under $200 is 22lr revolvers.

Hi-point and Sccy both have models that msrp under $200. Someone linked the hi-point earlier in the thread. I'd think about the Sccy if I didn't already have a Taurus as my saddle bag special.
