Bought an item from this company and it did not come as described in their ad. Specifically it was an AR15 upper. It arrived quickly but was missing the manual & had a standard A2 flash hider mounted on it when it was supposed to have a muzzle compensator. Calling this company was to no avail so I emailed them. I received a snarky reply about the missing manual & that I was mistaken about the compensator when it clearly stated in their ad the upper was equipped with a muzzle compensator. Their CS was very cavalier about their mistaken & false ad and offered no courtesy other than ship it back.
My advice to all would be to check with this company " first " before ordering to find out if the item is as described in their ad. I sent an email to their @ sales department but after a week gave up & ordered the upper. My impatience got the best of me and I ordered it anyway. FYI friends...
