Tig Welding and work on an old Semi Auto Thompson

I had recently tried to get a barrel swap on my Thompson and my gunsmith recommended getting a small crack fixed before they can swap it. Looking for a welder or gunsmith who would be proficient in this kind of work, mostly looking in the Tucson area.

Along with bluing a new lower reciever for it to match.

Might want to look for industrial welders not necessarily gunsmiths. Don't know of any personally.
Recently was looking for a local p,ace for bluing, everyone turned me down for work being busy. Was looking at Finks Custom Gunsmithing they are taking bluing work.
