This is a upper receiver by BCM with a BCM4 upper, 20” gov. barrel, F marked front sight tower. P&S M5 RAS w/ covers and broom handle grip. Square forged carry handle sight. BCM gunfighter charging handle included as well. No BCG. Brand new upper haven’t fired yet. Asking for $700 if interested text at COMPLETE
