Up for sale is a Winchester 1400 semi auto shotgun. This is a classic budget line Winchester semi auto manufactured between 1964 and ‘68, it is not a mkii, 140 or ranger model. 2 3/4” chamber, barrel is 22” smooth bore with rifle sights marked “deer slug,” 2+1 capacity. The wood is nicely lacquered and checkered walnut, metal is nicely blued, bolt is jeweled, recoil pad is original. I’ve had this shotgun since the late 80s so I can assure it has been very well taken care of, is clean and 100% functioning without issues. Fantastic condition for its age with no standout blemishes but there is handling wear. Very light and points well with the rifle sights. Would make an excellent camp gun or loaner for a hunting partner. $OLD firm.
