So, the last time I went to a Crossroads show was 2008, and it was the July show.

I’ve been seeing online a lot of really negative reviews on these shows, all pretty much summed up as “Over priced common guns, lots and lots of prepped/shooting gimmicks/jerky.” Then allude to the private party deals or even dealer deals are more rare then winning the Powerball twice in a row.

So, I’d like to hear from this group their thoughts on the December show. I remember it being huge, and finding good deals easily. I’m going to be off the opening day, and was thinking of going to try to work some trades out of my personal collection.

Thanks in advance.

I've been going to the Crossroads show for decades. Had one trade with a guy I bumped into in an aisle over all those years. Never had a dealer or table vendor willing to trade anything without trying to screw me. Everyone is looking for cash.

I used to go to every show. But parking and admission costs got stupid. I quit driving 70 miles to get raped. Began going one time a year. And that was the December show. It may prove worthwhile. Gunshows are dying overall.

May you have luck.

Want to get into this show for free? Volunteer for the AZCDL table for a little while. Spend a morning or afternoon talking guns, signing up new members, etc. and then wander all you like!
