I recently got the Legion 229 myself. I love the thing and I now carry it. I put away my M&P9c that has served me well for a long time and was "perfect" because the Legion is so great. My only gripe is the double action (hammer down) trigger pull. It was a bit heavy for me. The Wolf mainspring kit is less than $10 from Brownells though and it dropped the double action pull down by 3lbs. Now it is perfect.
