is the taurus 24/7 gen 1 worth trading for?

I have a fnp 9mm and I recently got an offer to trade for a Taurus 24/7 .40 gen 1.. is this a good trade and if I should ask for cash on top how much should I ask for?
I have tried looking up the Taurus and what they go for but haven't found anything but pics.
any info would be greatly appreciated!!

I have found Taurus products to be of good quality and reliable
Buds Gun shop lists price is $350
How many magazines? Holster?

Though I expect many to complain about the brand, they do work, which is what really matters.

It's a bit of a long term thought, but which will be worth more in 5 years? And do you really care..........?
