I picked up a Spanish FR8 mauser in 7.62x51 in good condition, all numbers match. bluing is fair to good. bore is clean with a couple dark rough spots that should come out with some good cleaning brush work. has the 20in CETME barrel and flash hider. It came with the bayonet and sling for the rifle. it does not have the cleaning kit in the little tube under the barrel. I did check the headspace with a 308 go/no go gauges closes on a go and will not close on a no go. should be good to run 308 through it. ive tried to find a value for it there was one on gunbroker and none for sale locally from what I can guess from other past sales would be in the 4 to 500 range with a complete rifle in excellent condition going in the 700 range to a collector. any help would be appreciated. trying to figure out a value before I tried to sell or trade it. Its cool but Im going to want something else. any help is appreciated.
