Palmetto State Armory Pistol Lower

I recently purchased a completed Palmetto State Armory Pistol Lower. This lower come with Magpul handgrip and trigger guard. Palmettos EPT trigger and the KAK Industries blade and proprietary buffer tube. This lower receiver has never been shot. I paid $209 for it new had it shipped for $18 and then paid $25 for an FFL transfer. In total I have $252 into this. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am no longer perusing this build. I am asking $230 for this. Must meet in the Phoenix East Valley area as I live in Queen creek.
