Depends on the guns condition, how many rounds its had through it and how much cash you'd be willing to add.
Also how many magazines it has, holsters etc. Just details in general.

At least $250. How many magazines does it have?
Also Id I would field strip and inspect the glock before we trade, you could do the same with the AR if you wish.
