For sale is a nearly unused Weatherby Mark V ultralight .30 06 with a Leupold Vari X-II 3-9x40 scope mounted and sighted in.
It was my father's, who bought it at the end of his hunting days and never got to take it out on a hunt.
It has only had a couple of rounds through it to sight in the scope...the scope is older, from a previous rifle, but in great condition.
The rifle has the stainless barrel, black synthetic stock and it is 42" overall length.
I can't recall the exact year he bought it, but it was early 90s, which makes sense since that was about the last few years Weatherby made these in Japan and this one is Japan made.
It also comes with a new leather shoulder strap and a poly hard case.
$1200 or best reasonable offer.
