What do you consider a fair trade price for 556/223 quality brass 75gr match, 62, or 55 gr., ammo per 1K ?

Well, not .75 per round like I've seen on gun broker (buy it now price). A local shop has 200 round packs for $80 or 42.5 cents each. Im open to offers, but not interested in crisis inflated prices.

I'm trying to round up 1500 rounds of quality brass 223.556 ammo. Will that be sufficient?. Also I have a NIB Aero ar15 stripped lower rec could throw in instead of some ammo if that would work better.
