It can end in august with heavy rainfall, or go through October if its a dry monsoon season. The citations can be very expensive and include jail time if damage occurs, and in the event of a fire, if you are found responsible, they will prosecute and stick you with all associated costs of extinguishing the fire. See below, this guy is done for the rest of his life, and federal fines cant be written off in a bankruptcy.
