Semi-Custom DS Arms SA58 (FN FAL)

Offering for sale my DS Arms SA58. (FN FAL equiv, metric pattern). The free World’s battle rifle in 7.62x51 or 308 Win.
This was built for me on special order a number of years back with a medium profile stainless match barrel. You cannot buy this rifle today. DS Arms lists a medium profile barrel rifle with a regular steel barrel for $1,700. If I roll the price I paid to today’s dollars, this rifle cost much more than that.
I put a box of ammo through it at Phoenix Rod and Gun then it became a safe Queen while I did other things. Recently I have dusted it off but by my estimation this rifle has had all of 200 rounds through it. At all times this rifle has been 100% reliable in all regards.
I now shoot at longer distances than I used to and my SA Krieger-barreled M21 fills my needs better at a greater price (of course). I am looking for a shorter, lighter precision .308 too, but as my domestic manager refuses to entertain another gun safe, reluctantly this rifle must go.

Offered for sale with a Williams Trigger Specialties 4.5lb trigger job with 0.03” creep and a trigger stop which works perfectly and has ~18 months of transferrable warranty left on it. You will not shoot another FAL with a trigger like this.

Also a manual on the FAL, not the DS Arms manual but it is very comprehensive.
Also 2x 20 round mags, front sight tool and a Buffer Technologies recoil buffer. The scope mount has the necessary mounting plates attached so the ones listed are spares. The mount is a simple slide-on replacement for the dust cover.
This is a very nice, accurate and 100% reliable rifle. Not desperate to sell but I’m offering it at $1,750. I will require a bill of sale and AZ ID. Not interested in trades unless you have a reasonably new Las Baer Custom or GA Precision .308.
