Posting pictures

I'm brand new to this forum. Can someone explain how to post pictures on a classified ad?

It looks like when you hit "post new add," then simply hit "insert image" icon in second row at top of typing box... if the pics are on your computer, then just find it in the appropriate folder and click to insert.
