Site doesnt load often or hangs up and give error

Is it normal for the site to hang up and not load or give an error message? I am using chrome on my Galaxy phone and have never had an issue but seem to have it constantly here. Does this happen to others and is there a fix?

There have been occasional server issues but it sounds like you're having problems a little more frequently. Not sure what to tell you.

I am not sure what's causing it. I looked to see if the site has a mobile format but was not able to find it. I frequent a few others that use the same program as this one with no issues so I have no idea why it keeps happening but it does this pretty much every time I try to login. I have to keep reloading the page or go to another site then go back here to get it to eventually work.
