New, never used. 1 of many extra (too many) holsters I have sitting in a box collecting dust. It was made by a local kydex maker, AZ Road Runner Tac in Mesa. Built using the thickest kydex material. Very solid build. Adjustable retention as well. **pistol and light are not included
