Buying a handgun at 18

Yes , it is legal in Arizona for a person 18 years old to purchase a handgun in a private sale as long as both parties are residents of Arizona.
There is no Arizona or Federal law that prohibits it.
The Federal law only says that an FFL can not sell a handgun to anyone under 21.

Yes you can even open carry at 18! What I am trying to emphasize is if you are pulled over for ANY reason they WILL take it away from you that's all.
