Mossberg over Remington due to the location of the release and safety.

I like both! But stayed with Remington.

I've heard a lot of more experienced shotgunners tout Remington over Mossberg. I might even concede that Remington is the 'better' firearm. However, for me, the locations of the release and the safety on the Mossberg just fit better.

I love both. I just had to pick one to simplify the manual of arms - one system to train on.

You will never hear me disparaging Mossberg.
