    Brace question

Question for the mods, I guess.

Seeing as how pistol braces are still able to be purchased legally, can I sell a pistol and a brace as long as itÂ’s not attached?

    The short answer is no.

    Not inviting any controversy.

You may sell an AR pistol. No brace should be present.

I’m not interested in the short or long answer; I want the actual answer. As a moderator, this is a question you should be able to answer.

    You got the answer. No.

Your post history indicates you like to be a smartass. If you don't like the answer, you are free to advertise elsewhere. You are also free to contact the BATFE and ask them if the sale of an AR pistol and brace are legal to advertise together and under what circumstances. Regardless, here, with the issue still being decided in the courts, it is not permitted. Acting like a petulant child and coming at an admin isn't winning you any points.

Here's another way to answer your question.

Is your AR-15 pistol registered and approved on a Form 1?

    There's your answer right there.

Also, look up the phrase "constructive possession".

We don't make the rules regarding AR pistols and SBRs. We are just not going to run afoul of them while the law is in flux. We do make the rules here.

If you want to dance with felonies, please do it elsewhere.

    Have a good weekend.

And this is where it goes when you don't understand the word 'no'.
